Distribution Center – Team Member (Pick & Pack) is a member of a 10-person team responsible for Pick and Pack ecommerce operations and performs a wide range of distribution center functions from picking order, making boxes, loading trucks and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary responsibility is related to packing and shipping orders to customers
• General distribution center duties as they arise
• Be detail oriented
• Support and participate the company in meeting its sustainability goals related to the environment, employees, and community

 

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• High School or equivalent.
• Ability to work on your feet at a fast past for 10+ hours a day (various shift options)
• Strong work ethic, reliable attendance history, and team player mentality
• Available Weekdays, Saturday Shifts also available – potential overtime/performance incentives
• Ability to lift 70lbs

The Colorado pay range for this position is from $14.80 to $22.61.  Exact rate of pay will be based on relevant experience level, training, skills or knowledge and store location. In no instance will PetSmart pay less than the local minimum wage.  This position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus, as well as benefits, as described at https://benefits.petsmart.com/us/.
