It is the end of the year

And so many things has transpired...

But what is the one thing

That we can learn for next year...

It is to know that life is too precious...

What do you mean by that?

Imagine this...

As you inhale and exhale

Someone has taken their last breath

And will no longer be able to use their five senses:

To Hold
To Smell
To See
To Hear
To Taste

Imagine That..

So for next year...

Remember that when you have those down moments

Just breathe...

And know that you're ALIVE
